I started this blog to share about my own journey in finding what’s right for my body. I’ve been a vegan for the last 10 years, and only in the last few months I embarked on this road of a pescatarian. It’s always been confusing to know what is right to eat. I don’t think there’s ever going to be one perfect answer for everyone as our bodies respond differently to different foods. All I know for sure is that when I eat whole foods, move my body regularly, and laugh often, I feel healthy and happy. This is a lifestyle I’m striving for, and I hope that sharing my journey can help or inspire you to seek your own.
